By the time we were ready to make an offer, two prospective buyers were pushing the price higher than we were comfortable paying. We thought it was over. A couple of days later, she contacted us saying that the early deals fell through. Diane knew we were interested and contacted us. We submitted an offer and it was accepted within a day. We are so glad not to have missed out on it. We move in a month. She has been great to work with, offering recommendations for contractors, and helping us through the inspection process."
